Green Buildings in Atlanta
Title:
Green Buildings in Atlanta
When:
April 29, 2010
Where:
Atlanta

Description

Green building is the practice of processing technologies in order to construct ecofriendly and resource-efficient buildings. Switzerland acquired a wide know-how in this sector and the USA offer a big market for new technologies.

The Consulate General of Switzerland in Atlanta and the Reznick Group present a networking event to draw attention to this sector and enable further collaboration. The Swiss architect Andreas Ramseier will share his experience regarding „Green Architecture“, „Green Interiors“ and „Green Materials“. In order to do so he will introduce some of his own green building projects. The Southface, a well known green building in Atlanta, is an ideal venue for architects and engineers to discuss their experiences and ideas. The gathering is meant to be the first of a series of similar events in order to raise public awareness for the topic.
